Returns Policy

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item, please post it back to us using the supplied label sent with your original order, within 21 working days of receiving your items. If you have lost your original invoice that arrived with your parcel, you can download another by clicking here. Please note, we are unable to refund your shipping costs on your original order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, if you are eligible for a refund your refund will be processed automatically. Please note this can take up to 7 working days from receiving your item.

Sale Items

Sale items and sample sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Policy

Returns must be sent back within 21 days and in perfect original condition. Tags must not be broken. This does not apply with headwear and all sales are final. Unfortunately we are currently unable to refund your original postage and return postage costs and UK orders can take up to 1-5 days to be delivered. Packages are posted via Royal Mail First Class. International packages are shipped via Royal Mail's Standard International service and may take longer.
